Heart Raviolis

Heart Shaped Raviolis Stuffed with Tomato, Basil, and Fresh Mozzarella.  Tossed In a Creamy Pink Sauce


Nonna’s Rigatoni

A Classic Sauce Prepared with Fresh Tomato and Basil


Fourth Course


Wagyu New York Strip

12-Ounce Sea Salt Seasoned Australian Grass Fed Wagyu Beef Grilled Over an Open Flame.  Served with Swiss and Boursin Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Accompanied with Roasted Rainbow Baby Carrots.  Topped with Caramelized Pearl Onions


Veal Osso Bucco

2-Inch Dutch Veal Braised in a Shallots, Sweet Onion, and Domaine Vincent Carême Vouvray le Clos Broth. Served with Polenta Cake and Steamed Broccolini


Lobster and Shrimp

8-Ounce Fresh Maine Lobster Tail and Jumbo Shrimp Poached in Herb and Garlic Butter.  Served with  Swiss and Boursin Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Accompanied with Roasted Rainbow Baby Carrots and Melted Herb Butter. 


Fifth Course


Panna Cotta

A Traditional Italian Custard. Vermont Maple Syrup, Wild Berries, and Raspberry Coulis


Chocolate and Coconut Cake

Served in a Stemless Glass with a Chocolate and Coconut Rim
